hi, i’m tracy. i’m the chef and founder of the nourish lab.

i’m originally from vancouver island, canada, and moved to orange county on my own with a strong work ethic and a real love for cooking. i’ve worked in professional kitchens and high volume prep, where i learned how to make food that is healthy, consistent, and actually tastes good.

meal prep changed my life. by cooking and portioning my own meals, i lost over 50 pounds and built better habits around food. when i started sharing my meals with friends, i realized how many people were looking for food that was clean, balanced, organic, and flavorful without being complicated. that’s how the nourish lab started.

everything i make is based on simple ingredients, quality sourcing, and respect for food safety and consistency. i cook the same way i would for my own family. food should support your health, fit into your week, and be something you look forward to eating.

my goal is simple. help people eat better, save time, and feel good without overthinking it. the nourish lab is built on care, honesty, and purpose, and that shows in every meal.
