what we need from you

after checkout, fill out the macro form with:
• your protein / carb / fat targets
• any allergies or ingredients to avoid
• your preferences (preferred proteins, carbs, veggies, sauces, spice levels, etc.)

what to expect

each meal is cooked and portioned specifically for your targets. macros may vary slightly depending on ingredients, but we stay within a tight, consistent range so you can stay on track without thinking about it.

what’s not included

this isn’t a pick-your-meal plan — we design your meals for you based on the macros and preferences you give us.

delivery

your meals go out on your normal delivery day. you’ll get a text with your eta.
